The Senators are seeking funding at the highest possible level for the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment (SAPT) Block Grant and the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) - programs located within the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
